Most gamers that bought the original Xbox 360 when it first came out probably experienced the 3 red rings of death which ended many x360 consoles life. I recently bought the new Xbox 360 slim 4gb version about a month ago and had no problems with it. The new x360 does not overheat or have the 3 red rings of death anymore, but there is a new problem called the Red Dot of Death. How do you fix this problem? Do I have to send it back to Microsoft for repair?
If you ever experienced this Red Dot of Death and thought ‘not again’. Well don’t worry because this problem have an easy fix without you spending a dime. Whenever a new boxes of X360 get shifted to stores or directly to your home, they get move around a little bit. The reason why the Red Dot of Death appears because the hard drive in your slim xbox is loose. To fix this, just remove your the xbox hard drive and put in back in to its placement and that’s it, fix!!!
